Styled shoot days are just so darn FUN, and this sweet backyard elopement shoot was no different! I love getting together with other vendors to execute a vision and be creative. This whole lovely day was the baby of Lindsay - though you probably know her as the face of Caroline's Rentals! And believe it or not, all of these shots were taken IN HER BACKYARD. Talk about authenticity!
The amazing florals were designed by Megan from Pearls and Petals, and she totally killed it with the garden-inspired arrangements. How on earth do you make ONIONS AND POTATOES look like they belong on the front of Martha Weddings? I have no idea, but she sure does! Alyssa from Miss Lyss Planning did such a fantastic job taking what was in Lindsay and Megan's head and making it come to life! And she's an all-around amazing person - who else can keep the dad jokes coming all day long? For real, she feels like your best friend the instant you meet her (if your best friend just *happens* to be a complete expert in all things weddings)! Amanda McCauley did such stupendous work with our models' hair and makeup, and she's the only makeup artist I know who naturally smiles while concentrating! If that doesn't speak to the kind of person she is, I don't know what does!
Sarah Votta Designs totally nailed all things stationary; when she sent us the sneak peek of the invites I'm pretty sure real hearts came out of my eyes! They were so fun to play with in the flatlays. As usual, it's always a dream working with Blush Bridal and Central PA Tuxedo, they are so accommodating and sweet! I still pinch myself every time Koser Jewelers trusts me with thousands of dollars of their pretty jewelry, and of course I can't forget our models! Davy and Goashoua Prak were the PERFECT fit for this shoot; it was so amazing getting to hang out with them all day. Aaaannd you GUYS. The food by Vigi's was OUT OF THIS WORLD.
My favorite part about this shoot is that it wasn't just a styled shoot that was torn down when the camera went away; we enjoyed the fruits of our labor (pun intended) afterwards! I'm thinking it should be a mandatory stipulation from now on that we head home with bellies full of cauliflower buffalo dip from Vigi's! But enough about this awesome day; scroll down for the full list and websites of these amazingly talented vendors, and enjoy some of my favorite moments from our Backyard Elopement Styled Shoot!
